About Me

Anthony D. Linson received his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1987 and his Law Degree from St. Louis University in 1990. He immediately began private practice in St. Charles County as a trial attorney with a general practice including personal injury, family law, worker’s compensation and criminal and traffic law.

During his law career Tony has served as special prosecutor for St. Charles County. He has also served on the St. Charles County Family Drug Court Committee. His experience enabled him to be a speaker at several Division of Family Services training sessions and Continuing Legal Education seminars on Juvenile and Family law for his fellow lawyers.

Anthony has served as the assistant prosecutor for the City of Lake St Louis form 1990 to 2003 prior to being appointed to the position of City Prosecutor for Lake St. Louis where presides today.

In 2003 Tony Linson was elected as the President of the St. Charles County Bar Association.

Mr. Linson also practices as a Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem in St. Charles County representing children in complicated domestic litigation and juvenile matters.

He is also a Certified Domestic Mediator providing mediation services to individuals and to the Court on appointed cases. In 2010 he was elected by his peers and appointed by the Court as a Special Master to the St. Charles County Family Court.
